I have a wide variety of experience with regards to buying and selling real estate. I have been buying and selling myself since 1985. I buy and sell homes, condos, townhouses, land and commercial properties. My passion is investment real estate. I love to make money for myself and others buying and selling investment properties. Where I differ from many realtors and investors my criteria is that the investment makes cash flow now and that it has future upswing potential. I don't believe that you need to hold on to a property for a long time, sometimes you can buy and sell in a short period of time and still make lots of money.
